3G版的WR21有用华为gobi3000模块，最新的固件版本是Version 5.2.12.5 (Bootloader 7.56)
可以更换成其它Transport系列路由器支持的模块，比如：MC8790，您可以参考release note有定路由器支持哪些2G/3G/4G无线模块。
可以参考低功耗模式的命令：http://ftp1.digi.com/support/documentation/AN_067_TransPort_Low_Power_Mode.pdf 在web界面中执行命令：
pwrctrl 0 ? pwrctrl 0 gprs off pwrctrl 0 gps off config 0 save
这样就关掉了蜂窝模块
